Yes, Martha Can Skate!

martha-skating-2.JPGShe may have come from Oklahoma, but our Horizons Community Coordinator Martha Landes really can ice skate. Martha braved the cold temps and took a brief, but convincing spin on the new Montrose Ice Rink before our first monthly Horizons’ meeting Tuesday, January 15. And no, she didn’t fall!

    Ha - there was no talent involved. Poor Connie had to hold me up to get out there. It was a blast though. I LOVE YOUR NEW ICE RINK!!!! Thanks for having me. I’ll come again whenever it warms up a bit.. Brrrrr

    You go girl. I have heard report that the check out system for skates at the store is going great and there is a lot of activity down at the ice skate rink.

    I can’t wait to see the future explode for the activity. Jamie Grosididier and friends have been doing a great job with the upkeep.
